3. Order and Acceptance
3.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by DRIPOL. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

5.2 The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring accessibility for shipment.
5.3 Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer upon delivery or as per agreed Incoterms.
5.4 Shipping costs, customs clearance, and insurance shall be borne as agreed in the contract or purchase order.
6. Inspection and Acceptance
6.1 The buyer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify DRIPOL in writing of any defects, shortages, or discrepancies within [number] days.
6.2 Failure to notify within this period constitutes acceptance of the goods.

7. Warranty and Liability

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All trademarks, logos, and intellectual property rights related to the products and services remain the property of DRIPOL or its licensors.
9.2 The buyer is prohibited from using DRIPOL’s intellectual property without prior written permission.
10. Confidentiality
10.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship.
11. Force Majeure
11.1 Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland.
12.2 Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poland.
13. Data Protection
13.1 DRIPOL processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable.

14. Amendments
